Drew is the Co-founder of Changemaker Innovation, a strategic human-centered design studio in South Florida.
With a passion for using human-centered design to find and solve complex or “wicked” problems, and creating more meaningful products and services that lead to greater impact, Drew founded Changemaker Innovation to help companies do just that.
As a Certified Human-Centered Design/Design Thinking Facilitator Drew has created and lead workshops on subjects such as Creative Confidence, Visual Thinking, Prototyping, Service Design and Business Innovation.
Drew’s professional career includes positions (Regional Training Director, Management Consultant and Turnaround Consultant) that have focused on helping companies and organizations implement the changes they need to succeed in a competitive and always changing environment.
Originally from South Florida, Drew is also the founder of Design Thinking/Ft. Lauderdale, a member of the Design Management Institute and holds a Certificate of Business Innovation from the University of Virginia – Darden School of Business and a Certificate in Human-Centered Design from IDEO/NovaEd.
